CA Suraj bhalla (FCA, LLB, B.Com (Hons))

He is the founder partner of the firm.He has more than 9 yearâ€™s professional experience in Indirect Taxes, GST, Internal Audit and Process Audit.
He specializes in advising clients on indirect tax issues. He has been involved extensively in conducting tax compliance reviews and GST Audits.
Handled multiple GST transition and implementation projects, post implementation review projects, transition planning, training, registrations, preparation of procedures and policies and filing of returns.
Assist Clients in obtaining GST refunds with respect to export of goods or services, inverted duty structure, wrong payment of tax etc.
Conducts Internal Audit/Process Audit of various functions viz. Revenue Audit, Expense Audit, Payroll Audit, IT Audit etc. to improve internal controls of the Company. Process Audit covers extensive coverage of the area.

CA Rajat Kalsi (FCA, CMA, B.Com)

He is partner of the firm. He also has 7 years of vast experience in the field of Tax Advisory & Representation Services, Compliance matters in relation to Direct and
Indirect Taxation, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit etc.

CA Tushar Aggarwal (FCA, B.Com (Hons))

He is a Key Team Member with 9 years of vast experience in Indirect Taxation. He advises clients including MNCs and Indian companies on all aspects of Indirect Taxation - GST, Service Tax, VAT/CST, Central Excise, Cenvat Credit Rules, Customs and Foreign Trade Policy. He extensively deals with Telecom, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Logistics , Education, Oil and Gas, Energy and IT sector issues.

CA Saurabh Singhal (FCA, LLB, B.COM (HONS))

He has more than 9 year's professional experience in Indirect taxes - He is an empanelled National Indirect Tax Faculty with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Has been author of various articles and is regular speaker in GST seminars for various organizations and before various industry forums.

He has vast experience of appearances/ representation before various forums including Appellate Tribunals under various statutes such as Service Tax Law, VAT Law, CST Law and other allied laws. He has successfully argued various matters before VAT Tribunals in the State of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, etc.

GAURAV BHALLA (LLB, BCOM)

He has more than 5 yearsof experience in Statutory Audit and GST. Conducts Internal Audit/Process Audit of various functions viz. Revenue Audit, Expense Audit, Payroll Audit, IT Audit etc. to improve internal controls of the Company. Process Audit covers extensive coverage of the area.

CA Achal Jain (FCA, B.com (HONS))

Achal is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 13 years of post qualification experience in accounting, financial reporting and audits. He has worked with SR Batliboi & Co LLP (Ernst & Young), Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Walker Chandiok & Co (Grant Thornton) in the past.
During these years, he has gained extensive experience in serving large, medium and small size corporates across various industries under Ind AS, IFRS, USGAAP and Indian GAAP.
Some of his experience includes Ind AS conversion of companies like Jubilant Industries, Tata Steel BSL, Kajaria Ceramics, HSIL, Bata, Ashok Leyland, Mitsubishi Corporation India, Abhishek Industries, Sobha Ltd, Brigade Enterprises, Emaar MGF, JP Associates, IRCON International, Rites, ICRA, Strand Life Sciences, IL&FS Wind Power Group and CMC Ltd.
He is an active speaker with ICAI for Ind AS training programs and has experience in providing training to clients on Ind AS/ IFRS/ USGAAP.
He has been a member of various study groups of ASB of ICAI.
Additionally, he has considerable experience in helping clients with IPOs.

CA Dheeraj Kharbanda (FCA, DISA, MBA (Finance), B.Com (Hons))

He has more than 8 years of experience of Income tax, Indirect tax, Cost accounting and Financial Management. He also teaches these areas.

CA. Harshita Kushwah

Harshita Kushwah is a Chartered Accountant, Company secretary and Chartered Wealth Manager by profession.
She started her career with Walker Chandiok & Co.(Grant Thornton) and has worked with prestigious organizations like Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
She has been working with Various Startups and corporates as a Consultant and providing end to end Financial and legal support including Fundraising. She has also been a training faculty across multiple platforms.

Ishant Sachdeva (MCA)

He has more than 8 years of experienceof doing the bussiness, creating marketing and operational strategies. He is also a business consultant for past 3 yearsspecially for the product based businesses
